All sales are final

SentientFund subscriptions and one-time purchases are non-refundable. Because the service delivers AI-generated market research immediately upon subscription, we do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the event of a duplicate charge or confirmed billing error. Contact sentientfund@gmail.comwithin 14 days of the charge.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge without first contacting support, your account may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
